I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ayres Del Nahuel. The location is fabulous, just half a block from the main tourist street and extremely close to the beautiful lake. The staff were exceptional, always ready to help and make my stay pleasant. The spacious room was delightful, making for a comfortable retreat.

Located centrally, the spacious room offered a partial lake view that was enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, easily anticipating our needs, which made for a pleasant experience. Spacious room, excellent service, the location is half a block off the main tourist street and very close to the lake, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff went above and beyond to assist with an airline strike, and I appreciated the free parking in an enclosed lot, which added convenience to our stay.

The staff kept our kids entertained with fun games, and the 32-inch LCDs in the room were a hit during downtime. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

My wife says that the crib mattress should be improved for infants.
